¡Bienvenidos a mi sitio web! Navegan por la página para conocer más sobre mi investigación sobre violencia urbana, grupos marginados en Honduras y la más reciente, género y planeación urbana en Medellín, Colombia. Soy hondureña y he sido migrante por 25 años. Luego de vivir muchos años en Alemania, decidí regresar a Colombia, un país donde había vivido por 11 años. Estaré escribiendo blogs sobre mi experiencia como inmigrante -en un época de control migratorio- y también sobre mi investigación.

Welcome to my website! I’m a political scientist based in Medellín, Colombia. Originally from Honduras, I have been migrant for the past 25 years. After many years in Germany, I decided to come back to Colombia, a country where I had lived for 11 years. I study urban violence, marginal groups mainly in Honduras. More recently, I have researching gender and urban planning in Medellín, Colombia. Check out my website to learn more about my work and research. I’ll be blogging about my experience as a migrant -in this age of migration control- and, of course, my research.
